Bezerra E61 bottomless filter holder
Initial usage sprayed coffee everywhere because it revealed the all the flaws in my levelling and tamping of the filler basket. By the end of the week; I had perfected my techniques and the coffee was extracting in a thick stream. The creamier was dense and in 3 layers and we could taste the dark chocolate, caramel and malty notes of the coffee beans. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve the consistency of their coffee brewing. This is the closest I have ever got to a professional barista cup of coffee. I had been relying on a great machine and great beans but my skills making the coffee were producing slightly bitter and variable coffee. Not any more!,
