Combined coffee and milk outlet - no moving your cup

Blue dot has both the coffee outlet and milk delivery system centrally located so there is no need to move your cup from coffee extration to milk delivery. Just select your drink and let the Blue Dot do the rest. You can place your cup, select your drink, then enjoy your coffee.

Programmable drink size

The amount of coffee and milk can be varied to suit each drink type. If you have a special big cup, you can programme the Blue Dot to fill it up.

Automatic switching between steamed milk and fluffy milk foam

Blue dot features an automated milk steamer that switches between dense milk micro-foam and fluffy milk foam depending on what drink selection you have made. Truely a one touch experience, no need to adjust the milk system while making your drink.

Perfect milk foam

The professional milk steaming system has a variable texture system which adjusts the level of steam injected into the milk to set the level of foam as the milk is heated.

Rich dense steamed milk

We all love the rich dense texture of a caffe latte or flat white. Blue dot is able to deliver a dense silky steamed milk by injecting less steam into the milk creating perfect rich milk micro-foam for caffe latte and flat whites.

Blue dot features an automated milk steamer that switches between dense steamed milk and fluffy milk foam depending on what drink selection you have made. 2x soluble powder delivery systems

2x soluble powder mixers and cannisters allow Blue dot to deliver a range on non-coffee products for stand-alone drinks or combination with coffee.

Hot chocolate with fresh milk

Hot chocolate powder can be loated into one of the powder delivery systems and programmed to deliver a hot cholocolate base (hot chocolate powder with water) combined with your choice of steamed milk.

Chai latte with fresh milk

Chai latte powder can be loated into one of the powder delivery systems and programmed to deliver a chai latte base (chai latte powder with water) combined with your choice of steamed milk.

Hot chocolate with powder milk

Hot chocolate powder can be loated into one of the powder delivery systems and milk powder loaded into the second powder delivey system. The drink selection can be programmed to deliver a hot cholocolate base (hot chocolate powder with water) combined with milk (milk powder with hot water)

Wide range of ingredients can be combined to create a huge range of drinks

Each drink selection can be programmed to combine a number of ingredients to create a drink, this gives a vast range of drink options to suit your situation.

2x types of coffee beans

Choose from two coffee bean blends or perhaps regular and decaffeinated.

Adjustable coffee strength and volume

Adjust to the espresso strength and volume to suit each drink. For example stick with a standard 30ml espresso for espresso, but perhaps go for a 45ml espresso for cafe latte.... the extra volume will punch through the milk for a stronger coffee taste.

2x soluble powder mixers

Make individual drinks from the soluble powder systems, or combine these with fresh steamed milk, or perhaps combine with coffee and steamed milk. For example you can create a mochaccino by adding some hot chocolate powder with espresso and adding fresh milk foam.

Fresh Milk

Fresh steamed milk can be added to any drink selection... Either dense milk micro-foam or fluffy milk foam.

Hot water

Hot water can be added to created to create americanos, long blacks, etc.

Adjustable volume

The amount of each drink element can be adjusted to suit your situation and cup size. For example you might have branded company cups for 180ml so you want every drink to fit just perfectly. Or you might be a convenience store wanting to delviver huge 480ml value coffee.

4 litre internal water tank

Setup and operate without any external plumbing or services besides a 10A electricity outlet. The internal 4 litre tank is ideal for operating the machine without the need for complicated setup. Simply un-box the machine, fill up the tank, and enjoy.

Direct water connection

For high volume situations or where you want the convenience of not having to refil the tank Blue dot can be connected directly to mains water supply (via pressure regulator and water filter).

Large coffee hopper option

1.2kg coffee hoppers can be fitted to each grinder to boost the machine capacity.

Large soluble container option

1.5l soluble powder hoppers can be fitted to boost the machine capacity.
