Quiet
Much quieter than a comparable Mazzer grinder. Sound insulation, anti-vibration motor mounts, and special burrs make this grinder amazingly quiet.
More accurate
Better more consistent coffee with programmed doses. The world is moving towards doser-less programmable grinders because you get the same dose of coffee every use for more consistent coffee in the cup.
Fast grind speed
60mm flat burrs pump our the coffee super fast for this size of grinder. Around 5.5s for a single and 9s for a double shot.
Less waste, less mess
No more flicking coffee everywhere with the doser or scraping excess coffee back into the doser.
Super accurate
Eureka micrometric adjustment is super accurate (like a rifle scope).
Easy to clean
Rubber chute cover is easily removed to clean. Clean/replace the burrs without losing your grind setting. Eureka adjustment system moves the bottom burr and motor up and down so the upper burrs and holder can be removed and replaced without losing your grind setting. This is a huge advantgage of the Eureka system.
Easy to setup and use
Intuitive grind setting and dose adjustment means its easy to dial in the perfect grind setting and dosing. Grind setting is via a micrometric wheel. Dose adjustment is via touch screen.
