FEATURES AND DETAILS
Quiet operation
Much quieter than a comparable MAZZER MINI grinder. Sound insulation, anti-vibration motor mounts, and special burrs make this grinder amazingly quiet.
Fast grind speed
60mm flat grinder burrs and 1350rpm speed deliver beautiful fluffy ground coffee in super fast time. Around 5.5s for a 9 gram single and 9s for an 18g double shot.
Coffee dose measured by time
The amount or "dose" of ground coffee is controlled by time.
2 Programmable doses
2 different grind times can be programmed - most users typically use the two settings for 1 CUP or 2 CUP coffee filter baskets.
More accurate
Better, more consistent, coffee with programmed grind doses - each dose is accurate to 0.1s. Smart baristas have embraced programmable grinders to deliver consistent and repeatable measures for ground coffee for each cup of espresso.

Easy to clean
Rubber chute cover is easily removed to clean. Clean/replace the burrs without losing your grind setting. Eureka adjustment system moves the bottom burr and motor up and down so the upper burrs and holder can be removed and replaced without losing your grind setting. This is a huge advantgage of the Eureka system.

Intuitive grind setting and dose adjustment means its easy to dial in the perfect grind setting and dosing. Grind setting is via a step-less adjustment with wheel. Dose adjustment is via touch screen.

Dose adjustment is simple using the button and screen interface. Select the dose - single or double - and then adjust the time using the + or - buttons. Press the * button to operate in manual mode.

ACE SYSTEM delviers nice fluffy ground coffee with even distribution. Technology within the grid and delivery system helps to minimuse clumping and remove electrostatic charge - your ground coffee maintains that desirable fluffy texture and even distribtuion.
