ONLINE SALES
Our last courier pickup will be on Monday 23 December - however for orders departing that close to christmas you should expect your delivery to be delayed until after Boxing Day.
We will be dispatching right up until Monday 23 December. Orders that do not ship by 22 December will ship from 6 January 2025.
Orders can still be placed during our summer break - these will be processed when we return on 6 January 2025.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Our service department is OPEN until Friday 20 December 2024 - service re-opens on Monday 13 January 2025
Repairs - machine requiring repair are unlikely to be looked or quoted until January 2025.
Service - machines requiring a service can be dropped to us in the week 16 - 20 December 2024 - these will be completed on a first-come-first-servce basis - if we do not complete the service before the Friday 20th then you are welcome to collect your machine on Monday 23 December 2024.
